문제: Rejecting new connection from IP:PORT. Max 80 active connections limit reached.
- 원인: Metamask, Remix, Nest.js
- 해결: config 설정 변경

- Resolved: Use Forest DB and latest version(24.3.0)

P2P discovery OK but not creating a block
- solution: 부트노드에 rpc-http-host=”0.0.0.0”를 추가. OR extraData에 노드 address가 올바른지 확인.
